Team Henry

As many of you are aware, my neighbor's little boy (Henry) has Angelman Syndrome. On May 15th, I'll be walking with "Team Henry" to raise awareness of Angelman Syndrome and doing a charity photoshoot for the Marathon Walk. I will be taking pictures for all the participating teams, and all proceeds from the shoot will go back to the fundraising event. Please continue to watch for further updates on Henry. He is a very special little boy to me and he has opened my eyes to many different blessings of life. Go Team Henry!

Historic Downtown Chaska

Just some simple b/w pictures that I took yesterday of historic downtown Chaska. Went on a walk on the dike to view the rising Mighty Minnesota River as it attempts to take over our small town. Those of us who have been here for awhile are used to this...although an inconvenience, it also offers some excitement to watch as long as it doesn't do damage to the nearby homes. Hoping to post more later today...should have risen quite a bit overnight.

2010 State Hockey Tournaments

Another year of high school hockey is over...today was my last chance to capture some memories before it all ends and I have to wait till next season for it all to repeat itself. I spent the morning/afternoon with Danny at the Excel Center to watch the Class A Championship game (for no real reason as I wasn't rooting for either team). Probably just wanted to be a part of the action...we've never missed a State Tournament in almost 12 years. So...here's the last of my pictures for the season. And one very special picture of the beautiful historic architecture of St. Paul!

Fun Lingerie!

Clients often ask "where can I get cute and fun lingerie for my photoshoot?" (I've asked the same question myself and have found the answers). There are few places online that have some amazingly cute and sexy stuff. One of my faves is (the obvious answer)...Fredericks of Hollywood. Fredericks has staple items...from corsets to lace to the unimaginable. And...be certain to check out their Winter clearance items...always a great deal.

Another on-line goodie is Trashy Lingerie. Check out the Trashy Bargains...for under $25 you can get some really cute stuff at a steal of a deal.

The Red Door Boutique is an incredibly affordable on-line store with a great selection of baby doll sets. Sets are always wonderful...everything matches and works perfectly for a photoshoot.
 
A fun but slightly more risque site is Agent Provocateur, but be prepared for some racier stuff here. There are great posing ideas too...so come prepared to work some muscles if you're wearing these items (intimate photoshoots are physical and you'll feel it the next day)!

For leggings...Stockin Girl has every type of legging you can imagine in every color! Stockings look great...with or without garters. Don't forget to make certain you have high heels to pair them with...heals and pearls are great accessories for intimate shoots.
